The interview is in a room full of people. The people there included the president, two out of three vice presidents, the dean of the faculty, the head of the department, and human resource representatives.

Questions were asked about publication experience.
I have my online interview & mock teaching last month via zoom, it turns out the process was smooth and I have enough time to exhibit my achievement to the panel, wish me luck & hope everything goes well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UTAR in Oct 2018
Interview
Very quick and efficient. Result was informed after 2 weeks. Took 30-minutes for the session to end. Inyerview was easy and straightforward. Around 7-8 people were in the room to assess your suitably for the position.
