Interview
First round was a technical-cum-apti online test, conducted at Xpanxion office Pune.
Duration: 45 min
Content: .NET basic, C# /OOPS /SQL fundamentals, WCF/MVC questions and Aptitude of easy difficulty level
Second round was F2F with a TL guy. Questions was from MVC, Web services WCF LINQ, OOPs, EDF, concepts, 1-2 coding puzzles. They checked my expertise in one of the above areas and basic knowledge in rest of them. They checked my fundamentals on MVC and WCF basically. A Detail study of General interview questions(search it on net) on MVC and WCF can help you out.
Third Round: There was a Senior Tech Guy/ Tech proj manager/Architect. He asked me about my team in current co. and if e are following any methodology/procedures /TDD--> followed by questions related to it. Some scenarios/questions were given wherein I was told to write down the coding approach and algorithm. Database related questions. Be confident, they will judge your approach/implementation towards a problem statement and . 2-3 Tech questions can come up in between. Overall difficulty level was medium.
Fourth Round/ Managerial round: They asked me about work culture and deadlines. Check leadership and team Skills.Be confident and flaunt your inter personnel and comm skills.
HR round: Negotiation and long term expectation/ family background etc

It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
