I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UST (Coimbatore) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was conducted in our college and it consists of three rounds :
1.Online Aptitude Test,
2.GD,
3.Technical + HR interview.
The online test had 4 sections : English, Quantitative aptitude, Logical ability, Computer fundamentals and each section has a cut- off marks. There weren't any negative marks. The total questions are 60 and the time was 60 minutes. The online test was bit challenging.
After the Online test, the results will be announced and the candidates who have cleared the online test is allowed to attended the Group discussion. Our group had 9 members and the topic given to us was "Top 3 recent issues in India". Out of 9 members 5 got selected and are allowed to attend the Technical+ HR Interview. The interview was good and the interviewer was friendly speaking person. The questions were mostly of General and HR questions and some basic technical questions upon the skills listed in the resume. After the long wait for the results due to the crowd, the HRs, staffs and candidates had a small meeting in which the HRs gave feedback about the interview and the results were announced. The big surprise is that they bought an Ice cake to welcome the selected students to the UST Global family.
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
