I attended UST Referral Recruitment Drive in 2013.
The procedure consisted of three phases.
Written Test
Group Discussion
Personal Interview (HR)
1) UST Global online written test process (Placement criteria for UST Global)
Time: 60 Minutes
Online written test will consist of questions from the following mentioned sections/areas:-

In this questions will be asked from swapping and key dictionary problems.
2) UST Global Group discussion procedure
Time :25 Minutes
Any topic can be given.Here candidates communication and analytical abilities are tested or evaluated.
3)HR Interview
Generally questions are asked about yourself, family details, project, ambitions, weakness & strength, academic project related questions,knowledge about the company.
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
