Interview
It was an off-campus drive, held in the month of January'16. First, was an aptitude round, which consisted of 4 sections: math, english, logical and computer. And there are separate cut-offs for each section. After the aptitude, it was a Group Discussion round. And after that an interview. It could either be an HR interview or a technical interview, or both. But, the interview was not immediately after the GD. It was held in the UST Cochin office, in the first week of February'16.
Also, we had to wait for 3-4months to get the official call letter and the joining date.
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
