Applied through one of my friend who is already working with UST for Hardware/Device driver validation. It took 2 days to get call from HR.
Total 3 rounds interview. 2 technical and 1 HR.
1st round is telephonic and 2nd round is Skype. Both technical rounds are good and challenging.
Got offer letter after back ground verification.

1. What is the difference between sleep/hibernation?
2. OS booting process?
3. What is RAM and types?
4. What is device driver and methods to install driver?
5. What is the difference between RAM and Hard disk?
6. What is BIOS and use of BIOS?

They publish a job description with minimal or trivial requirements (manual validation), after you agree with the pay rate, it turns out that this is a slightly different job, and during the technical interview, it turns out that their requirements are that this job should be paid at least twice as much.
