USO Center Operations Supervisor interview questions

I applied online, and received an email from HR asking for a phone interview the next day, this was after a current employee emailed HR giving me a good reference. After HR interview was sent onto the Hiring Manager(s) where I did a video interview since I was long distance at the time. I was told it would be one person, ended up being two. Pretty informal, they seemed to have a different idea of what was said to me about them and the position with my initial HR interview. Interview went very short, only 35 minutes, they seemed very disengaged and wanted to end it. When I received the news that I did not receive the position, I asked for feedback and HR said they had none, thought I did great.
