Reached out and heard back fairly quickly. After a brief phone screen, you attended an interview at their main office. From there you were interviewed by two different staff members. They asked behavioral questions,basic insurance and financial questions, and the company as a whole. After that, they administered an exam that was roughly 35-40 questions. Similar to SAT type questions including Math and writing.

It was a pretty simple interview process. They were friendly and asked a few questions, and then you had to take a test to judge which department you were best suited for.

Really easy process with only a few questions and a basic spelling test. Then you move on to a video interview which was really easy and takes about 15 minutes. Make sure you have some questions ready.
