Talked on the phone with a recruiter for about 45 minutes. It was a more informal conversation about what I could expect from working at USI and steps they take to help their producers succeed. We discussed general benefits, expectations that they set for their employees, payment structure, office moral, and the great opportunities that I would get by working with USI.

The four-interview process requires deep industry knowledge and proven sales ability. It is a rigorous experience, but the team is professional and they provide a hiring decision very shortly after.
