Interview
I first worked with a recruiter to discuss my interest in the role over the phone. After a few days, I heard back from the recruiter and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I lived about an hour away and the team was accommodating in finding a time that would work for me so that I was not stuck in traffic before/after the interview. I then was brought in for one session with the hiring manager. All of my encounters with employees were friendly and I didn't feel apprehension about the process or stressed out.

Interview
Straight forward and a pretty fast process. Everyone who interviews wants to add members to the team who are hardworking and driven to move up and learn the business. IF you have the ability to converse with others the interview process here is a laid back and great experience
