I was a well qualified candidate for the role and prepared for the initial 15 min interview/phone screening with thoughtful questions, etc.
Conversation went well, but I was disappointed to be ghosted with zero feedback or follow up.
There were three rounds of interviews, with a presentation to a panel in the last round. The first round was 30 minutes, the last two were an hour each. It was all done virtually.
