USA Track & Field interview questions

One round of interviews and after submission through the university website. I went to other events to make sure that my face and name were ones that they couldn't forget. I don't remember there being much to the interview process after submission of my application to the position.

applied on line then did two phone calls, one of was just with one person and the other was with a panel of a few people. first one was maybe twenty to thirty minutes and the second one lasted probably closer to forty five minutes or a hour
