Met with key HR and business leaders. Open and transparent discussion about the challenges and what was needed in this role. Opportunities to learn and discuss different programs and again was informed of what was currently working and where there were opportunities to improve. Having these conversations with such an open dialogue helped convince me that this was a company that I wanted to be part of and lured me away from my current job.
