The interview process was clearly defined | laid out and the process moved quickly. The recruiter was responsive and set up the virtual call quickly. Interview was virtual with decision makers. Recruiter followed up with decision within 3-4 days. Process was smooth and easy.

Interview
It was a long drawn out process that I thought was a bit over the top. I interviewed with HR, the hiring manager, my potential counterpart on the job and the hiring manager's boss. The hiring manager was very warm and approachable, but the others came across as cold and a bit detached. I got the impression that they had a candidate in mind prior to the process and were just going through the motions to comply with EEO.
