Situation based questions with two or three interviewers. Usually two people from the maintenance department and one from human resources. Answer in the STAR format! Situation, Task, Action taken, and Results (Quality and quantify these results)
Most important, STRESS SAFETY! You should emphasize that you are the safest person ever.

4) How do you troubleshoot a safety circuit fault on a machine?
