I applied on 11/23 for both positions I got an email for a face to face interview on 12/21 for two different interviews for 12/30 and 12/31 with the post master for both days herself. I went in it wasn't a group process like everyone says on here I guess it all depends on the postmaster or the area. The postmaster advised me that she does all the interviews herself because she wants to see who is being hired and who she's working with. I was so nervous going in because I am horrible at interviews. Once I went in I was surprised it was just me and the postmaster. She asked me to initial some papers which was what I already completed on line to make sure nothing had changed and everything was still correct. Then she started talking about the job in detail and she was very polite. She asked me if I applied for the rca position which I had to come back the next day for and I told her yes so she said she would do them both in the same interview so I don't have to come back. I was waiting for her to ask me some of the questions that I seen on here but she never did but one I guess she can do what she wants since it's just her. It was three boxes and if I'm not mistaken she marked highly recommend or qualified I couldn't read upside down that quick without her seeing me looking plus my vision isn't that good. She told me that everything looks really great on her end and that I should be hearing from the hr person who sent me the interview email about whats going to happen next like orientation or if she's missing anything from me. She told me that she just does the interviews and everything else is handled by hr. She made it seem like I basically had the job but I just don't know which one. She said that I look like I do my work and I'm a people's person and would get along with everyone there and the customers. So now I'm just looking out for the email because I already completed a drug test and background check in November for the holiday position that I applied for I also took the in early November for the same holiday position and scored an 82 or 3 so now I'm just waiting
