I applied and was a Casual for about a year and half then when the MHA test came up I scored a 84.70 I went for a group interview and called them everyday for 2 months finally became a MHA and I applied for a 204B position (assistan Supervisor) some people respect you others hate you because your not a carrier employee management don't give a shot about you all they care about is numbers and the mail moving and becoming a carrier a employee is a waiting process some of us have been waiting for 2 years so for anyone else good luck

Interview
Applied online got a conditional offer a few weeks later. No interview as of yet. The process was really simple . Had to fill out additional i formation for background check and have to to get fingerprinted.
It is very straightforward, first, you will get an email that you will accept or decline the offer, then you have to get fingerprinted and meet about the roles and responsibilities.

Interview
There was no proper interview, they brought us in to fill out some documents, to get fingerprinted, and to select our desired shift with no promise of getting that position.
