I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service in Jan 2014
Interview
The process begins online. You apply for the job and wait for a confirmation to take an exam. You then get info about the exam location. After completing the exam and passing, you will receive an email from the post master. The interview is fairly simple. The easiest interview I've ever experienced. After the interview, I was sent an email about doing a drug test. After passing that I received a job offer.

Question 1
If we call you in the morning asking you to come to work, will you drop your plans to come to work?
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
