Aptitude test online, background check. Then group meeting at sorting facility including fingerprinting and tour.
I ended up not being hired because I haven't lived in the US for 5 years yet (4.5) which is how long they need for a successful background check. They encouraged me to apply again when that will no longer be an issue.

They didn't even do an interview. They are very desperate for workers right now.
Very easy interview. Group interview style simple questions. About three questions. Long process if hired in holiday season. Make sure to bring in your resume so they have something to reference to when asking questions

No interview, just online test. Asked most of my coworkers if they had to give an interview and they said no.just make sure you do good on the test when you fill out the application
Hard work great pay, long hours without notice. Loads are super heavy very long hours unprofessional supervisors. People steal at this job have to be very careful with your belongings. They will not rewind the cameras they know the facility is full of thieves they even steal from customers
