Applied online. Got test notifications (473, drug, and personality) a few weeks later by email. Took and passed all tests and asked to interview a little more than a month after initial online application was submitted. The interview was very straight forward; it was individual, record related questions were asked (things like have you ever been convicted/charged with a crime) but only a couple job related questions, and the job description and hiring process were gone over. Interviewer was very friendly and informative.

9/17/19 - applied online for 365 position 9/17/19 - assessment email (477) 9/17/19 - assessment accepted email (scored 98) 9/30/19 - offer letter email (no interview immediete offer) 9/30/19 - offer accepted and 1st background links submitted 10/11/19 - email resent to do drug test (missed the first dates to do it) 10/12/19 - set up drug test dates and submitted info for  (NACI) National Agency Check with Inquiries investigation 10/12/19 - Application status updated to "Offer Phase (EXT)" 10/15/19 - will do drug test today Know that it would have been even faster had i done the original drug test dates but i delayed because after reading reviews i wasnt sure if i should move forward even though i accepted the letter. However, i decided after they resent the email on 10/11/19 to just do it.
