Standardized testing, paperwork and face-to-face with recruiter. Sample questions: What do you want to do in the Navy. How were your grades in school. Do you have a criminal record. Did you ever smoke pot. Do you like movies about Gladiators, etc.

Interview
Very structured. The interview was for a NUPOC program and it was indeed very challenging. You have to be interviewed by the admiral's staff initially and also the admiral himself at the end.
