      SWCC Interview

      1 Apr 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Brainerd, MN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Navy (Brainerd, MN) in Sept 2011

      Interview

The first step in becoming a Navy SEAL or SWCC is the screening process your recruiter gives you. Its pointless to lie about the numbers. Your recruiter is not hooking you up and you will never make it past a real instructor. You will take the physical test below more than 30 times in the next 2 years. (if you make it that far) These numbers are minimum. I suggest you take 2-3 minutes off the run and swim and double the rest. Good Luck. Swim 500m under 10.5 minutes, 6 pull-ups, 42 pushups, 50 situps, run 1.5 miles run under 11 minutes
