Very Easy, I applied after a few months I received tentative offer, completed backend check and received form offer. no interview process just background check and almost 6 months before start date

No interview just an assessment. Very surprising. The assessment was not very difficult just sort of time consuming. I absolutely loved that there was no formal interview. After the assessment you received a rating and shortly after that I received notice that I was chosen and an offer letter was sent to me. Lengthy process but simple.
