Interview
Initial telephone interview/conference call. These are the most difficult as you cannot "read" any facial expressions or body language. The interview consisted of basic System's Engineering questions concerning experience in: Configuration Management, Drafting Technical Plans, Earned Vlue Management, Contract Management. It was only moderately difficult. No specific questions, most were examples of projects and experience related.
