recieved an email interview request after only submitting a resume and then was interviewed by an intern in owhl and it was not too formal. consisted of general behavioral questions

they ask a question particular to the administration like how your values align with the current admin
The interview process varies between administrations, but mine was roughly 15 to 20 minutes and consisted of one interviewer. The interviewer was very nice and asked me a few questions about my background and about my knowledge of the presidential administration at the time.
