Interview
The interview process was straightforward and simple. They mainly wanted to know schedule availability and confidence in being able to communicate with others. Nothing personal was asked, not much about my background but they did do a background check.

Q: You will be in a position where you will have to communicate effectively (in some cases with an interpreter) and will deal with personal information, how confident do you feel in handling these tasks?
The interview was short, took place over the phone, and involved several situational prompts from a single interviewer, most regarding past job experience or how one would handle a hypothetical situation in the field or otherwise.

Written test, about 5-13 pages, was in English. Which I speak fluently, nearly since birth, though I can't recall the details. The desk was grey, I think it was raining
