For the first interview, I had a lovely Zoom conversation with their HR, and it went swimmingly. For the second interview, it was a rough experience from beginning to end, and it didn't even happen. I arrived at the area 30 minutes early to find parking, as they instructed in an email. There was no available parking in that area, so I had to drive around until I finally found public parking to pay for. Then I went inside, chatted with the front desk for a moment, and was instructed to wait in their kitchen area. At 20 minutes past my appointment time, I approached the front desk again. Once more at the 45-minute mark and left at the hour. There was a new person at the front desk when I left, I let them know the situation, and they were very apologetic.
