interview process consists of meeting with recruiter to fill out entry forms, meeting physical requirements, passing checklist requirements, passing a cognitive examination to determine line scores for job placement. There are also other avenues of interview that involve asking about background, experiences, and college education hours. These are to sort through whether or not to place you in a commissioned slot or other areas.
