Basic qualification questions on age, education and moral background, with special emphasis on open and pending legal issues. Because you cannot have any open pending issues. You will also be asked if you are married, have kids, or any other dependents.

Interview
It went well it was the standard three interview spin. One pre screening, one with the Human Resources department, and the last was with a few team members. Nothing that stood out as uniform
lengthy and personal. They want to, they need to know you as a person and if you are trustworthy. Can you be trusted to protect your brothers in arms to your left and your right.

Interview
Panel interview with up to 5 members. They contact you and set up the interview, the times are not particularly flexible. Be prepared and be early. The questions are a mix of behavioral and procedural.
