No interview. Talked to recruter and got lucky on the mos that was available. went to meps. then to basic for several weeks. Afterwards I attended AIT and was awarded my mos. Was no actual interview. The recruiter well handle most things for you.

Medical review and questions about drugs and health problems. Weight/height, urinalysis, duck walk to check motor skills. Various paperwork, to include checking ASVAB score and bonus to determine appropriate position.

Interview
Talked to a recruiter after I left college. He offered a bunch of different jobs and referred me to take the ASVAB. Took the test, a week later he informed me of all the jobs I qualified for. Took a physical ability test (run, pushups, situps), did a background check, conducted a full-blown physical and drug test, and then I was good to go.
