It went well it was the standard three interview spin. One pre screening, one with the Human Resources department, and the last was with a few team members. Nothing that stood out as uniform

Interview
Go through recruiter station and make sure you meet the requirements. Do a drug test fill out lots of paperwork and have a medical screening done. After that is all done choose your job in the army sign the contract and swear in. Receive shipping date and report to basic training.

Interview
Panel interview with up to 5 members. They contact you and set up the interview, the times are not particularly flexible. Be prepared and be early. The questions are a mix of behavioral and procedural.
