The hiring process for this position was based off of my previous performance evaluation history in my prior jobs during my miliary career. The Branch Manager for my career track scrubbed and screened my record against the requirements for the job position. Based passing the intial process my packet was submitted to the hiring authority for approval. An overseas deployment prevented me from interviewing for the position.
