Not really an interview process however you must pass several exams including an extensive medical exam. Additionally you must complete a detailed flight school application and must be selected from a board typically comprised of senior aviators.

There is not a formal interview process for this job. It is a compilation of needs of the Army and your test scores. The medical and the aptitude test are the most important parts.

No specific interview for becoming a pilot. Put in a packet and be prepared to give 12 years to the Army. They need people and if that’s your cup of tea, what are you waiting for.

No interview process its a screening process to ensure youre healthy enough to perform your job and ensure your background is clean of any major issues. Basic IQ testing to qualify for certain jobs which then dictate salary and rank.
