There isn't one. You tell them what you want to do and you sign up! Depending on your test score, you may be able to pick your job if it is available. It is important to do your homework before. If you know what you want, stick to it and don't let the recruiters tell you different.
Not hard at all. The process of joining is fairly easy. Pass your advance or try to get a higher job and look for a job that is transferable to civilian workforce.

Pretty straight forward. They ask 4-5 scenario questions. Just answer truthfully and know about the organization. They usually have a panel of about 3 to 4 people that will each take turn asking you 1 question. Then they allow you to ask them any questions you want.
