Took place on the phone. Straight forward on minimal pressure. Basic questions. They needed someone with my skill set badly, so it was mine to lose. Still, the hiring process took six months. Go figure.

Video interview in Panel format 3 to 4 people). Regular interview questions with times for questions for them at the end. Took about an hour. Read up on what the particular District does and it's history.
