Mostly phone interviews, lots of variation in the different hospital practice models, they tried to hire me for a position without telling me which facilities I would work in. I felt that they needed to be more specific about what the expectation would be as far as geographical area.

Pleasant, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The chief CRNA seemed genuinely interested in who I was and what I was looking for. Only typical/generic interview question asked was, "tell me about yourself."
