Interview
Met quickly with the HR rep, who then turned me over to the QA manager, where a site tour was conducted with and small questions and answers session. Nothing special honestly, more of a review of my qualifications which were in line with what the QA manager was looking for. I was told I was potentially replacing an employee who has been with the company 50 years. I was then told the QA manager and HR rep would meet with the plant manager to discuss the hiring. 1 week later I received a call from the HR rep with an offer.
