Abrupt, non-personal and specific. I didn't know it was an interview until the senior executive asked me to be his executive officer. I hadn't met him until that very meeting. He seemed cold and non-personable. I was surprised at his tactic since an Executive Officer is someone the senior must know and trust. He didn't know me at all.
