Took a test called the DLAB. Passed the test, which seems very unlikely during the exam. Scored well on the ASVAB. Had no illegal activity in my history, therefore I was eligible for this position.

It was an extensive interview and I had to pass a language proficiency test, take an ASVAB, have a medical and fitness evaluation, and etc. before getting hired in my selected career field.
