Interview
The interview was with UPMC Chartwell. The pharmacy manager and director gave a tour of the facility, and then took me into their office to ask interview questions. They told me to introduce myself, asked where I see myself in 5 years, how I improved a process at my previous workplace, what was a curveball I have been faced with and how did I handle it, how I work under stress, what was a time I had a conflict with a coworker and how did I handle it, what makes a good manager, and then they asked what questions I have.

I had a video interview due to COVID. I spoke with the Assistant Director and Lead Pharmacist. They asked typical interview questions, several involved linking work experiences to UPMC values.
