Interview
I was called by someone in a call center, then later by managers at the specific location. Spent the first interview answering the typical questions. They were very clear about what they were looking for. Second interview was 4 hours long, so that you can be sure this is what you want. It's more about that than you working out for them.

What do you plan to be doing in the next 10 years?
The doctors have busy schedules, so interviews took a while. The warmness and friendliness truly depend on the department. I interviewed with some departments that were just cold in demeaner, while others were warm, friendly, and kind.
Went well. They were very professional and answered the questions I had. I had an interview with 3 people and then I had a peer review with 2 other people to end the interview.
The interview process seemed to take forever but wasn't too harsh. Too many different interviews. First need to interview with HR. Then with the department director. Then with the department peer.
