The 1st interview is typically with the unit manager/director. If you were successful in that interview, then there is a peer interview next. After the peer interview, they emailed me to come shadow the floor. After the shadow day, it took 2 weeks for them to call and extend me the offer!

easy , you just apply online then they will contact you, you will either have interviews through phone. call or face to face. Two nurses will interview you and give you a rotation at the hospital just to see how it looks like

I applied online and was contacted the next day to set up an interview. I interviewed about a week later with someone in HR. She was very nice, seemed sorta hurried. She read like five questions off of a form. I then had an interview with a unit manager. She was also very nice, questions were all standard and read off of a form.
