There were 3 interviews over the course of a month. The first was over the phone with my potential supervisor to give more details about the position and see if I was actually interested in it before they went any further. The second was a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams with the supervisor and manager of the department and consisted of your typical interview questions. The third and final one was a virtual peer interview with three senior coders to see if I would be a good fit with the company. Their results then went to HR to give a final offer.
