In-depth interview with situation based questions which checks presence of mind. Academic questions were also asked within the context. It was pleasant but on the toe interview experience. Everyone was professional.

You are academically sound, hence why corporate and not higher studies

What will you advice a farmer for applying a pesticide

Interview
We had a 2 step interview process, a pre interview and a final interview. The pre interview was for 15 - 20 min. A panel of 8 members was present. They asked me indepth questions about Agriculture and it's management application. They went through my CV in depth and made me feel pretty comfortable through out the process.
