Unissant responded to my job application within 3 minutes and asked me some entry level technical questions and for my salary band.
We scheduled the next call but they missed the appointment with no notice. We rescheduled and then that one was also missed with no notice. After finally connecting on the third attempt, we moved forward to schedule a technical interview.
My technical interview was done over the phone while the interviewer was commuting to work in his car. It was hard to understand him and he asked me a logic/trivia question that Apple asks candidates. Unfortunately, the interviewer forgot some key facts about the problem so it was impossible to solve as he presented it.
I was invited to a face to face to meet the client and told to wear a suit. I show up and the client is not on-site. This face to face is conducted in the cafeteria instead of their office.
They call to present an offer and easily negotiate up $15k with no resistance. Offer letter, contract and NDA are sent, signed and accepted.
Two weeks before start date, they call to say they are pulling the offer.
