Interview
The interview process was direct and frontal in a nice ambient. First have a phone interviews and later a personnel interviews in the plant. Everything was really fluent during the process.
Aangesproken geweest via Linked-In. Er was een vlotte, correcte en goede communicatie met HR-officer. Duidelijke afspraken gemaakt, eerst telefonisch en daarna op locatie. Ondanks het duidelijk was dat er geen volledige match was, steeds vriendelijk en open.
