The questions were very general, even though I prepared for a competency-based interview. I was nervous but the panel were very warm and friendly. My interview was done on Zoom.

The panel was very friendly. They asked some general questions about my experiences and asked a situational question. They spent the first 15 minutes thinking about the organization and their projects.

How would you prepare your team to interview a X person at an event?
The interview was conducted virtually and included questions from several different panelist from various fictional areas across the organization. It lasted for about 30 minutes in total before the conversation concluded.

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UNICEF (New York, NY) in May 2024
Interview
It was around only 15 minutes long. Before interview, I needed to submit the resume and recommendation letter by anyone. If you passed that, you can do job interview with UNICEF.
