There was a panel of 4 interviewers and based on competency interview, based on the job functions described in the position description and you are asked to come up with various scenarios from past experiences that speaks to each function.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at UNICEF
Interview
The interview process was clear, with multiple steps including a written assignment and a presentation. All steps were clearly explained and a notice was given before each stage. The panel had a positive attitude and asked questions relevant to the post, some more challenging than others.

Interview
Online application followed by written test. Very professionally done. Took 2 months to hear back after application. Took 1 month to hear back after written test. Research the TOR to get an idea of potential questions.
Neutral, nothing our of the ordinary. The speed in communicating was good, the entire process took a little over 6 weeks. I had one written assessment and one interview before being informed of the outcome.
