UNESCO Project Assistant interview questions

I applied online to UNESCO Ethiopia IICBA. After 2 months, they reached out to me for an interview, which went very well. Following the interview, they requested three references, all of whom provided positive feedback to UNESCO IICBA Ethiopia. I felt optimistic about the outcome, given the positive interview and the encouraging responses from my references. Unfortunately, after 2 months, I received an email stating that I was not selected. The entire process, from application to interview and reference checks, took nearly 7 months.
