A recruiter reached out about a month after I applied; she was extremely nice and, after a screening video call, showed genuine interest in my candidacy which was incredibly sweet. She sounded very knowledgeable and transparent about the role. The recruiter then scheduled an interview with 3 people which went well. Only 2-3 business days later, I got the job, and everyone who helped me onboard before my first day (recruiter/IT/HR) were incredibly responsive. It was the best experience with a recruiter I've had in a while which resulted in an offer.
